Brandon Malone is the Chairman of the Scottish Branch of CIArb and a Fellow of the Institute.  He is an Advocate at the Scottish bar, a Barrister in England and Wales, a FIDIC Certified Adjudicator and dispute board member, an RICS mediator, a Chartered Surveyor and an experienced international arbitrator empanelled by many of the worlds’ leading arbitral institutions.  He has over 30 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution and focuses on construction, engineering, energy, infrastructure, cryptocurrency and blockchain disputes. He is a member of Ampersand Advocates, a Door Tenant with Quadrant Chambers, London and a member of Arbitra International.
