I advise on the full range of intellectual property matters, and assist clients with the enforcement of their rights through litigation where necessary. I work with Customs to help rightsholders with border control antipiracy measures, and am often asked to provide training in relation to the identification of counterfeit goods. Furthermore, I have experience in assisting clients with obtaining patent protection for their inventions, and collaborate with a network of experienced patent attorneys

My work in the life sciences sector complements my intellectual property background, and I am heavily involved with advising pharmaceutical companies on regulatory and compliance matters. Where necessary, I represent clients before the Tenders Review Authority, and regularly attend international conferences to stay abreast of developments in pharmaceutical and intellectual property law. I am also a qualified arbitrator and mediator.
