Ciarb Cyprus Branch events Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are applicable for the Conference: "Dispute Resolution in International Construction Contracts", taking place on 15 and 16 June 2023 in Limassol, Cyprus.

1. Conference Registration Fee
The registration fee includes:
a. Access to both days of the Conference
b. All coffee breaks, the lunch breaks
c. Event materials
Registration fee is payable in full when registering for the Conference. Payment is taken by credit or debit card as per the payment instructions following registration. Invoice will be issued upon payment.

2. Gala Dinner Registration Fee
Vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request.

3. Cancellation of registration
The below cancellation charges will apply to any cancellation made by the attendee:
a. If the registration is cancelled at least 2 weeks before the event, Ciarb Cyprus Branch will refund the registration fee minus management fees.
b. After this date, any cancelation and refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the registration fee might be lost.
c. Attendees are able to transfer the name on the registration without cost. Any cancellation or change of name should be done through contacting Ciarb Cyprus Branch at events@ciarb.org.
d. In the event of cancelation by Ciarb Cyprus Branch, a full refund will be processed.
4. Other provisions
By registering for the Conference and/or the Gala Dinner, you irrevocably consent to the use by ciarb Cyprus Branch and/or ciarb head office, of your image, video, voice, or all three of them, and waive any right to inspect or approve such recording. You also irrevocably consent to the sharing with other participants of this conference of your name, name of firm, position, and jurisdiction.
5. Event programme
The event programme and advertised speakers are true at the time of publishing. Ciarb Cyprus Branch reserves the right to change the programme or speakers due to force majeure. Changing of the programme or the speakers does not merit the change of cancellation.
